About the lunch lecture:
Data plays a vital role for Adyen’s business success, and with millions of processed payments daily, we have lots of it. If you are interested in what data architecture and data science look like within an innovative tech company, then this lunch lecture is for you! As a bonus, you’ll get some insight into what happens in the background each time you make a payment. The presentation will be given by two members of our monitoring team, which is responsible for analyzing our payments platform in real time, and providing tools to our duty engineers that help troubleshooting and debugging of potential issues. Joost van Ingen works as Java developer and is a C&S alumnus. He will be joined by Andreu Mora, who works as data scientist, and built his career in space technology (GMV, ESA).
